Я немного усложнила задачу: увеличила шрифт и изображение, определила размер body:

<style media='print' type='text/css'>
#navbar-iframe {display: none; height: 0px; visibility: hidden;}
.noprint {display: none;}
body {background:#FFF; color:#000; width:1130px; font-size: 150%}
a {text-decoration: underline; color:#00F;}
}
.column-left-outer{display: none;}
.column-right-outer{display: none;}
.column-center-outer{width:1130px;}
#blog-pager {display: none; }
#feedLinks {display: none; }
.post-body img, .post-body .tr-caption-container, .Profile img, .Image img,
.BlogList .item-thumbnail img {width: 450px; }
</style>

Собственно говоря, над стилем можно еще поработать, очень легко поддается корректировки.
